Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand your options for returning or exchanging items purchased from us.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days after delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
We will cover the costs of return shipping unless it is due to a change of mind or if the item is no longer wanted customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How do I return a product?

● Reason for Return
For all returns we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product arrives damaged, please do NOT dispose of the damaged items, we will require evidence of the damaged item. This may be in photographic form, or we may require the return of the damaged item. As soon as the damage is noticed, please contact us at contact@wrnb.co.uk. Please note we cannot accept returns of damaged items if we are notified more than 14 days after delivery.
Non-returnable items
Certain products, such as personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, and downloadable software, are not eligible for return.
Refund Processing
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm that we have received the return.
If the returned item(s) meet our return eligibility criteria and are approved for a refund, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and once the return and refund has been issued, make a separate order for the new item.
